House of LittleBunny Singapore 'HOLB SG' reserves the rights to amend the terms and conditions at any time without notification. By purchasing from HOLB SG, the buyer has agreed to abide by the terms and conditions listed. All sales are final and may not be amended.
By purchasing from HOLB SG, you agree to receive marketing communications from us on our promotions & launches. We recognise the individual rights to protect your personal data, including the rights of access and correction, and the needs of the company to collect, use or disclose personal data for only legitimate and reasonable purposes.
General Enquiries
Do check your final delivery address before placing your order. We require 2-3 working days to attend to emails. Kindly refrain from sending multiple emails as our email works in a ticketing system if multiple emails are sent, the initial email from the same sender will get pushed back, hence resulting in possible delay in replies.
Sale & Discounts
Discounts are not stackable (with exception to set discounts).
HOLB SG reserves the right to nullify any discounts if discount codes were discovered to be misused.
Sale items will not be awarded points. Kindly refer to Rewards Page for more information.
Backorder Terms and Conditions
Please only join if you are comfortable with the wait and any unforeseen delays.
If other in-stock item(s) are placed together in the same order, all items will only be dispatched when the backorder item arrives.
There is strictly no refunds if one backs out of any paid backorder.
If you would like your in-stock item(s) to be dispatched first, please email to houseoflittlebunnysg@gmail.com with your order number.
- Each order will be entitled to a one-time Complimentary Standard Courier split shipment between instock and backorder items if each shipment is above $100 respectively.
- Split shipping will be charged at $4.90 for each shipment which falls below $100.
Additional charges may apply for further arrangements of separate delivery.
